The TEXKOM engineering plant designed, developed, and for many years produced two models of rail-cutting machines: STIL PP-800 and STIL PP-420.

Rail cutters are designed for cutting railway and tram rails of all types in the field or in stationary conditions.

Rail-cutting machines are used in the construction, current (under the conditions of a “window”) and overhaul of main railways, access roads of industrial enterprises, laying and replacement of tram tracks and subway lines.

Equipped with powerful two-stroke gasoline engines company STIHL with a multi-stage air filtration system.

Rail-cutting machines are equipped with PR-10 grips-attachments for fixing the units on the rail during work, allowing accurate cutting at right angles.

The rail clamp PR-10, made of aluminum alloy, can be used with both models of rail cutters that we produce, and is also compatible with Husqvarna rail cutters and other manufacturers. Modification of the rail console PR-10Т is intended for installation of the unit on wide tram rails.

High-performance and reliable, they are designed for intensive and professional work in harsh industrial conditions.

Our autonomous machines have an ergonomic design, light weight and ease of transportation, economy, absolute safety and comfort for the operator, low sound load and vibration.

The average time of the sections of the volume-hardened rail P-65 is 2.5 ÷ 3 minutes. Rail cutting accuracy - vertical and horizontal deviations - not more than 1%.

For cutting railway rails, special abrasive wheels are used - cutting discs with diameters of 350 and 400 mm (14˝ and 16˝) with a landing hole of 25.4 mm (1˝) and with an allowable rotation speed of 100 m / s.
