All engineering products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Our company has two own service centers located in St. Petersburg and Moscow, which fully provide warranty and post-warranty repair of equipment.

A detailed description of the warranty conditions is given in the documentation attached to the purchased equipment.

For warranty service, you need:

1. Warranty card issued by the seller with its seal, indicating the name and serial number of the product, as well as the date of sale.
2. A document confirming the purchase of the product (waybill, sales receipt, etc.).

Our service centers provide the following list of services:

• Professional diagnostics with the subsequent repair of malfunctioning equipment and its components.
• Complete set of the necessary spare parts and consumables for repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Production of missing non-standard parts necessary for the performance of work.
• Carrying out repair of equipment directly at the customer’s construction site with a specialist visit.
• Delivery of non-working equipment from the customer’s facility to workshops by auto service centers.
• Sending serviceable equipment after repairs to any region of the world.
• Consultations of experienced plant specialists on the proper operation, maintenance, repair of equipment, as well as the selection of spare parts and materials.

Certified service centers of official dealers of the plant are authorized to perform warranty and post-warranty repair services for construction and track equipment of the Texcom brand.

Service centers are equipped with all kinds of necessary modern equipment and devices for the high-quality performance of work on the diagnosis and repair of equipment.

Our engineers and mechanics are highly qualified and have many years of experience in carrying out repairs of any complexity.
